Services that Web’s Zone offers to its customers come under specific terms and conditions. You are expected to follow all these terms & conditions when you use this site. Once you browse www.webszones.com, it will be considered that you abide with all our terms and you give your full consent with them. Therefore, pay proper heed upon all the different terms of services that are mentioned below:

  • We take 50% payment in advance for our development projects, & for SEO projects, full payment of one month will be taken in advance
  • For payment, USA clients can make payments through Paypal
  • Refund option is available, but once work is started on project then no any refund is possible. If situation of refund arises before work on project gets started then, we refund by deducting the 30% of paid amount
  • If an offer is dedicated for a particular location, then that will only be applicable for that location, and not for users of other places
  • We do not take 100% guarantee of any project. We give our 100% effort to optimize your website in the best possible manner, but if in any case, rank goes down, then Web’s Zone doesn’t take responsibility of that. Even, Google doesn’t take guarantee of organic ranking
  • Content, data, offers, guarantee, etc. available on this site are correct in most of the cases, but in some of the cases it can be a slip or mistake, and we avoid any accountability & responsibility for such mistakes and blunders
  • If you want us to make changes in any project, then you should inform us within 15 days of completion of project
  • If any plug-in or function designed by us is not working, then we will be solely responsible for that, but if client or client’s developer is reason for that then we will not be responsible or accountable for that
  • We take 6 months guarantee of websites that are created by us, but if website is later edited or changed by client’s developer, then we will not be responsible & accountable for website’s guarantee
  • We provide efficient and amiable services to our customers, but it will be clients’ responsibility to check that services are befitting for their requirements, as later we’ll not be responsible & accountable for their dissatisfaction
  • We put website on server, once 100% payment is done from client side
  • We have full right to amend or change our terms & conditions at anytime without giving any prior notification to users
